Once you place your order online with a major credit card, you will receive a confirmation number.  Please make note of that number to track your order.  Your products should arrive within a few business days.

If you place your order online using Pay Pal, we can not ship your products until your Pay Pal account has cleared.  This may take a few extra business days.

If there is a problem with your order, we can only accept returns of UNOPENED cases. Due to the hygienic nature of the products, regrettably, we CANNOT ACCEPT OPENED cases.

We offer FREE shipping within the continental U.S.A.  However, if shipped outside the country additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact our customer service department for the shipping rates.
